Coaching should work. So we built the system that makes it.

Standard Coach exists because most coaching programs fail the same way — they're inconsistent and unmeasured. Here's the story behind fixing that.

The founder

Stanley Hall Jr. has spent his career solving the same problem at increasing scale: how do you get large, distributed teams to execute consistently — and prove it with numbers?

At the nation's largest telecommunications company, he led sales operations, enablement, communications, and account management functions for teams scaling from hundreds to 700+ employees. His work contributed to double-digit revenue growth, meaningful gains in quota attainment, and a significant reduction in new-hire ramp time. Years before AI adoption became a boardroom mandate, he was already testing it in the field — piloting an AI-driven lead-scoring initiative that made every rep's pipeline smarter and every hour more productive. The results spoke for themselves, long before the hype did.

He then moved from telecom scale to hands-on program building at the world's foremost leader in enterprise asset tracking and mobility as North America Sales Coaching & Enablement Leader. There, he built the company's first Inside Sales Specialist onboarding academy in three weeks — coaching frameworks, manager reinforcement systems, and evaluation rubrics included — and used it to generate substantial new pipeline and revenue well above target.

That combination is the founder-market fit behind Standard Coach: enterprise-scale operating experience paired with firsthand proof that AI-enabled coaching and enablement systems move real revenue, not just engagement metrics. Most coaching platforms are built by technologists guessing at what managers need. Standard Coach is built by someone who's carried the quota, run the team, and already proven the model works — first with a spreadsheet and a rubric, now with software.

Built enablement from scratch

Led sales enablement programs that took new hires from day one to quota-ready, replacing ad-hoc training with a repeatable academy.

Tied coaching to revenue

Connected coaching activity to pipeline and ramp speed — and proved the link with numbers, not anecdotes.

Saw the gap

Watched even great coaches lose momentum without a system to prep, capture, and follow up. So we built one.

Why this, why now

Companies spend billions on coaching and get activity reports in return. Leaders can't answer the basic question: did it work?

AI changes the economics. The prep, the scaffolding, the follow-through — the parts that made great coaching expensive and hard to scale — can now live in software. The coach stays in control; the system makes consistency cheap.

That's the bet. Not more coaching content. A system that makes the coaching you already do actually stick — and proves it.
