Usage data — such as login times and feature interactions — is collected automatically to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and personalize the coaching experience, generate AI-assisted insights, communicate with you about your account, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your coaching data is only visible to you and the managers and coaches within your organization that you authorize. We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, under strict contractual obligations to protect your information.
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. You may also request a full export of your data or close your account, after which we will remove your information within a reasonable period.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
